DESCRIPTION:The touring theatre show celebrating the life & work of the late great Johnny Cash is at Elgin Town Hall on Friday February 10th\, 2023\, at 7.30pm. \n\n\n\nThe Johnny Cash Roadshow is a must-see for fans of the singer or anyone who enjoys country music. It’s the only Johnny Cash tribute show endorsed by the Cash family\, and this year’s production is the biggest yet.  \n\n\n\nAward-winning singer/songwriter Clive John leads the celebration of Cash’s life and music\, recreating the singer’s shows with incredible accuracy. June Carter and the Carter Sisters will also appear on some shows\, along with the Roadshow Horns.  \n\n\n\nThe show covers all aspects of Cash’s life and career\, from the 1950s to 2002. With all the hits such as Walk the Line\, Ring of Fire\, Get Rhythm\, Orange Blossom Special and Boy Named Sue along-side some of the darker more atmospheric songs from the later American Recordings such as The Man Comes Around and Hurt\, this show is an emotional roller-coaster through Cash’s career\, packed together in one fantastic unforgettable evening’s entertainment.
